- After upgrading from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3, you will need to re-register the first time you delete and re-install the app. This is a one-time re-registration and it’s due to us switching our backend registration platform to Apple’s CloudKit. We apologize for this inconvenience but we weren’t able to migrate your registration data from the old platform to the new one.
- There is a known bug that causes the registration screen to stop responding when the app is launched with the device in Landscape mode. To get around this issue, close the app and reopen it with the device in Portrait mode.Let us know if you are experiencing an issue and be sure to browse our Support topics.
