Rebooting Your Device (if the app crashes)

We are not aware of any bugs that cause the app to crash but rebooting/restarting your device will solve many of the problems that you have if the app closes unexpectedly.

Follow the instructions below to restart your iPhone or iPad.

How to restart your iPhone X or 11

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

How to restart your iPhone 8, 7, or 6

  1. Press and hold the side button until the power off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

How to restart your iPhone SE, 5, or earlier

  1. Press and hold the top button until the power off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the top button until you see the Apple logo.

How to restart an iPad that has Face ID

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the top button until the power off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.
